I have a strong background with topics such as aging, sexuality, death, trauma, and existential questions of meaning, purpose, and relatedness. I approach these hefty topics with a healthy sense of humor and creative spirit. With couples, I aim to foster a friendly and caring environment so sessions feel rewarding and growth-producing.
My work is based on the best research and clinical evidence while also being humanely adapted to your personal needs, preferences, and values. I don't do "cookie cutter" in life or in therapy. That said, I can offer more structured interventions, education, and resources to explore between sessions when appropriate and desired.
