In addition to individual therapy, I can work with couples and families as well.

I have experience in providing short- and long-term services to youth and adults of various backgrounds. My work focuses on building skills (e.g., communication, developing habits, and problem solving), increasing insight and knowledge, and gradually expanding opportunities and possibilities in one’s life.
