Whether your life has been interrupted by unexpected circumstances, broken relationships, life transitions, trauma, or mental health challenges, I am committed to working with you to help you achieve wholeness and healing through the use of evidence-based strategies.
Through trust and compassion, I work with clients to explore the roadblocks that keep them from living the life that they want. Trauma can play a part in this, as a trained EMDR therapist, I have found that trauma is one of the main culprits in keeping us from living a life that is fulfilling and whole.
