I would see mid teens to late twenties. The primary issue would be trauma. Some goals to have would be behavior change and challenging unhelpful thoughts. The idea behind this would be to decrease the impact that the trauma is inflicting by increasing the individuals sense of control over their life.
I specialize in working with people suffering form trauma and addiction. By challenging the messages left by traumatic events and finding ways to make small changes in life. I find that these help to show people how much control they have over their life and continue to push the limits that trauma messages tell them they have.
