I am so thrilled to see that you have found me today! Seeking help can sometimes seem like a scary or daunting task, but taking that first step to help you or your teen reach for healing takes a great deal of strength and courage. As a therapist, it is my goal to support and encourage you as you go through your healing process. My focus is on helping you cultivate your inner courage and strength as you work towards your goals. Therapy dog in training available upon request, though not required to be a part of your sessions.
I feel that clients can have the best opportunity for long term healing when they are allowed to make the choices for their future. I am experienced in working with adolescents and adults with issues surrounding stress, life transitions, trauma, depression and anxiety.
Life can feel overwhelming and stressful at times, but with the right outlook it can also be wonderful, beautiful and filled with light.
