Having a preemie brings a unique set of stressors and challenges. It can feel as if no one "gets it". With a busy schedule of therapies and doctor appointments for the baby, it is easy to lose ourselves. Depression and anxiety often come with the territory. This group offers a safe place to express the complicated feelings that being the mother of a preemie creates. Medically stable babies are welcome to attend.
