My clients are usually hard workers, and are very self critical. They expect so much out of themselves, and don't feel like they are ever enough. People pleasers that are frustrated they can't please everyone, are often tired and frustrated with where life is going compared to where they wish it was. They often have relationships that could be better, whether starting, maintaining, or ending. They are tired of struggling, they are ready to make a change, to be part of the solution. They want to have better control of their anxiety, emotions, anger, and also learn to be in the moment. I can help you get to where you want to be.
I specialize in treating anxiety, anger management, relationships, and stress. These areas cause so much turmoil in our lives, and addressing them can have such a powerful impact. I work with clients to first accept where they are at, no judgment, no "shoulds", and then work from there to make positive changes. To be your best self without fear.
Whatever you are going through I am here to help. My passion is providing a safe, nonjudgmental place for you to share. I know there is no single approach that works for everyone, as such I utilize a range of modalities to individualize treatment to what works for you, at your pace.
