My name is Katie Kapur, and I am here to help you acheive your goals, improve your relationships and increase life satisfaction. I care about my clients, and value the time I spend with each and every person I have the pleasure of working with.
My approach to therapy is person centered and patient. I have backgrounds in DBT, CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, substance abuse, and currently hold a Certified Addiction Counselor certificate. I also enjoy helping teens, children and families. In addition, I also work with couples and am trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Counseling.
