I have experience working in Adult Day Care, Group Homes, Residential/Intensive Outpatient (eating disorder), and Acute Psychiatric Hospital Settings. I have been providing teletherapy for the past year and typically work with folks that are navigating life transitions, exploring personal growth, wanting to incorporate more creativity into their lives, and also folks that experience some low-level anxiety/depression.
I work eclectically and tend to utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, as well as Mindfulness and Expressive Arts Therapies.
