My work centers on couples and working with adults and individuals who need help and support in the areas of stress management, depression, and relationship discord.
I earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Social Psych Concentration from UCLA, and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Prior to being in private practice, I worked with private agencies and spent a number of years working with severely emotionally disturbed adolescents and Domestic Violence issues.
First and foremost, connection with the client (therapeutic alliance) and my ability to do it well is a cornerstone of my practice. Be assured that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
