4 Different Mixed Gender Process Groups
I have 4 in person mixed gender therapy groups for people interested in deep personal growth (Tuesdays 12:30, Wednesdays 4:15, Wednesdays 5:45, Thursdays 12:30). Group therapy helps people expand their ability to be connected to themselves and others. Members feel less alone as they realize others relate to the thoughts and feelings they usually keep silent or manage in unhealthy ways. Attachment and relationship patterns become less rigid and old wounds emerge for healing.
