I use a collaborative approach that involves gentleness and humor, drawing from different modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Attachment Theory among others. I have worked with people across the lifespan, from adolescence to older adulthood, as well as families, and have an understanding of substance use disorders and their impact.
