I work with couples, families and individuals, to improve communication and to reduce conflict in their relationships. Perhaps you're navigating difficult life changes, that might include separation, divorce, infidelity, illness, aging, career change, regrets, retirement and/or the passing of a loved one. In therapy, you can explore these issues, without judgement, contemplate the changes you desire, and set a new path for your future. You may find my services to be especially helpful if you find yourself stuck in an unbalanced partnership with someone who is toxic or narcissistic. Life can be difficult, and therapy can help.

Therapy done well should feel productive, helpful and hopeful. It is not intended to go on forever, nor without clear goals and expectations. I work collaboratively with clients to assist them in becoming more fully themselves, and engaged in their relationships. In-person therapy in Austin and North Dallas, online therapy, and group therapy are available.

Working together, I believe that there is much that can be accomplished through therapy. My clinical approach is grounded in data-driven therapies, and in knowing that deep emotional connection, as well as lasting change, is possible. To divorce is such a painful decision to make, and once made, it is followed by so many other difficult decisions. This is an on-going process group for women that are navigating the divorce dynamic. Typically group participants share their knowledge of this time, in the here and now, and benefit from each other's experiences.
