Women's Creative Therapy Groups

Within the safety of the group, members are encouraged to try new and creative techniques to practice living a more heart centered and authentic life. The goals of the group are to develop and practice new and creative skills aimed at reducing the impact of stress, identifying old habits which no longer serve, and learning new skills to create change using playfulness, compassion, and creativity. Homework is assigned between sessions, and members are asked to bring a willingness to try something new. Skills of mindfulness, CBT and DBT are woven throughout using creative and experiential means.
