This can show up as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and negative self-talk. As a non-binary therapist, I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals as they navigate issues surrounding gender identity.
I infuse strategies related to Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy into our work together.
