I have experience with all ages struggling to adjust to life transitions. I treat those who are experiencing anxiety, grief, relational issues, and low self-esteem. I provide a safe space of healing for couples experiencing communication concerns, attachment-related issues, infidelity, and separation. I am specially trained to provide premarital counseling.
I utilize a holistic therapeutic approach focused on full-body healing — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I aim to help you find healing, confidence, and healthy coping skills you can continue to build upon for a lifetime.
