As a relationally focused and trauma informed therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals feel more connected, grounded, and safe. Every person has the ability to move toward connection and healing, even in the face of challenging or traumatic experiences. I help clients reconnect with the healthiest and most grounded parts of themselves, and to rebuild connection with others.

My approach to counseling uses a combination of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a warm, nurturing environment to facilitate deep healing and lifelong transformations. Our work together will involve creating space for your emotions, increasing awareness of your physical body, and rewriting the narratives that are no longer serving you.

When we’re struggling, it’s easy to isolate and avoid asking for help. But you don’t have to navigate this alone.
