In my work with clients my goal is to create a safe space where you can express yourself without judgement. I believe clients are experts on themselves and work out of a strength based approach. I have experience working with individuals dealing with trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, and substance use. I believe that each individual is unique and I tailor our sessions and the modalities that I use to each specific individual I am working with.
I have training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and motivational interviewing.
