Using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), I work with couples to help lift the veil and discover what's really going on in your relationship. We will work together to change unhelpful patterns between you to build more trust, security, and love. In addition to working with couples, I work with individuals (13+) using a trauma and attachment informed lens. You may feel stuck repeating the same patterns, stuck with lingering symptoms of trauma, or stuck with grief from a recent life transition.
