I value the mind-body connection and believe we can find healing when we approach our health from a holistic perspective. Counseling requires a lot of effort and can only be truly transformative if you show up as yourself. I am passionate about helping people adjust to parenting or other life transitions, and those with anxiety and self-esteem issues. I provide virtual counseling specializing in anxiety, self-esteem, maternal mental health, and trauma. I am a certified clinical trauma specialist and certified anxiety treatment professional. I provided limited work with couples utilizing the evidence based Gottman method.
