I enjoy working with teens and adults in order to get you the resources and skills you need to be healthy and successful. I utilize mindfulness-based interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also enjoy working with adults to help them gain healthy coping skills for the trials and tribulations life may bring.
I encourage my clients to create attainable goals and support them in reaching said goals. My sessions are geared towards getting to know you and supporting healthy growth towards your end goals. I also enjoy working with young adults transitioning through new phases of their life! Adjusting can be difficult, but not with someone by your side!
