I am passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies so they are free to live authentically fulfilled. My background as a professional dancer, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Pilates Instructor informs how I teach my clients to trust their body, prioritize their well-being, and harness their inner wisdom.
