Therapy can be an overwhelming process, but I am here to help you navigate your experiences in a safe environment! I work with ages 10 and up!
I utilize evidence-based treatment to tailor interventions to each client's unique needs and goals. Together we will establish clear objectives and develop a personalized treatment plan. We will assess progress together and adjust the approach as needed to ensure a positive and empowering therapeutic experience.
