As a Self-Proclaimed Misfits’ Therapist and LGBTQIA+ Ally, I understand the struggles of high anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression/suicidal ideation that come with living a life incongruent to one's true self. I prioritize authenticity, guiding individuals towards self-acceptance and self-expression. In my safe space, you can explore emotions, enhance self-identity, and ease spiraling thoughts. Many face these battles alone due to social anxiety, fear of judgment, or lack of support... Together, let's reduce depression, nurture self-compassion, and foster self-confidence.
My approach incorporates narrative, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapies. Each person's unique experiences, identities, and challenges shape their perspective on the world. Together, we will make connections between your past experiences and current feelings in a way that promotes healing and growth.
My goal is to build a solid therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and safe. No topic is off-limits and no subject is "too much." For any questions, send me a message or give me a call, and I'll get back in touch within 1-2 (of my) business days! Email is best due to limited daytime availability.

At the heart of my approach is narrative therapy, which lets clients share their stories in a powerful way that boosts their strength and guides them toward healing. It's like transforming from a victim to a warrior. We talk about trauma in a way that lessens its emotional impact overtime, and we start recognizing and changing negative thought patterns that may be holding you back.
