I'm Katie, I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from James Madison University & Eastern Mennonite University respectively. My aim is to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, valued & understood, fostering transformation and healing. I primarily utilize Attachment Theory, examining how interpersonal relationships shape individuals' lives from early childhood to adulthood. I firmly believe in everyone's inherent value, worth, and purpose & I employ play therapy, art therapy, nature immersion & the creation of safe spaces.
I work with individuals of all backgrounds, from young children to adults, couples, and everyone in between. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy hiking in National Parks with my husband, dog, and daughter, nurturing my plants, savoring coffee & delving into captivating books. Let's work together!
