Hi there, I'm Katelyn, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I work with individuals 18+ and couples who are struggling with symptoms that are impacting their daily functioning, such as anxiety, relationship distress, trauma experiences, and other presenting struggles. I provide Cognitive Behavioral and Trauma Informed therapy in a safe space for meaningful change. My goal is to help others develop and obtain a positive and healthy mindset.
