I have experience working with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders and borderline personality disorder. I think that the mind-body connection is essential, both in expressing desire and maintain lifelong health.
People show up to therapy in various stages of change, and the only way to facilitate that is through meeting client's where they are at. The importance of mind-body connection is so often forgotten, and my passion is awakening this essential element of life to help people reconnect with themselves and their community.
