Welcome, come as you are. Balancing all of the things we have to shoulder in modern life is not easy- It can help to have a non-judgmental space to process your thoughts and emotions. My practice is about helping you get to the root of the problem. Sometimes people start therapy to feel less anxious, more fulfilled in life, to figure out who they are and what they want, feel successful in relationships, or because they've experienced trauma or loss. These are things we can work on together, and it's possible to feel better!
I offer neurotherapy and use a mix of QEEG guided and attuned neurofeedback using the brain-trainer software system. I offer a mix of modalities like parts work/inner child work, mindfulness, EMDR and family of origin/attachment work as well as CBT and DBT.
