I love helping clients to connect with their authentic selves and strengthen their relationships. I work from a framework that explores the ways that early experiences can shape current patterns of relating. My work is also guided by the understanding that many clients' difficulties are impacted by systems of oppression such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and gender discrimination. Most importantly, this space centers on you and what you're bringing into it; I'm not here to judge, criticize, or fix you, but instead support you in learning about your own internal world.
My background includes working with LGBTQIA+ people, whether or not their identities are central to the reasons they seek therapy. I'm kink- and poly-aware and affirming, and I work with individuals or partners of all identities who seek to heal, understand, and improve their relationship with sex.
I believe a safe, affirming therapeutic relationship is a place to begin healing and change.
