Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! My goal for our work together is to create a safe and grounding space for you to grow, heal, and deepen your awareness. I often work with individuals and couples moving through pregnancy loss and abortion, anxiety, trauma, and attachment wounds. You deserve deep healing and support beyond symptom management. Our work will support you in slowing down, reclaiming your body, reclaiming your story, and creating space for your instincts and intuition. This work was not meant to be done alone. I am honored to be on this journey with you.
I am a queer, trauma-informed individual and couples therapist. I bring a relational approach to the work and I am passionate about mind/body/spirit connection. I often utilize somatic therapy, mindfulness based self-compassion, and attachment theory. I am licensed in both Michigan (in person & virtual) and Massachusetts (virtual only).
