I believe change is possible when we couple compassionate curiosity with consistent and appropriate support. We are social creatures by nature and thrive when we feel connected and understood by others. But it can be hard to seek out those connections when we're struggling to understand and be at peace with ourselves.
It is my intention to be a fellow traveler on your path towards understanding who you are and what you need. I am a board certified Art Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in treating a variety of anxiety, depression and trauma diagnoses as well as eating disorders.
Let's work together in pursuit of progress rather than perfection and increase your comfort with all the facets of who you are. I currently have availability for adults 18+ for individual therapy virtually and In-person on Wednesdays only.
