I help people who feel that something is missing, stuck, or unfulfilled in their life. Emotional turmoil can diminish our well-being and quality of life. I support those who want to feel loved, respected, and connected with others, liberated from the fear of abandonment, and feel confident and empowered in themselves and their decisions. If you'd like to work towards a sense of inner peace and fulfillment in yourself and your relationships, I'm here to support and guide you on that journey.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and direct, integrating the mind, body, and heart. I use a personalized, integrative method influenced by somatics, psychodynamics, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Unhealthy relationships, external stressors, and past trauma can erode self-esteem and self-worth, leading to loss of identity, a sense of disconnection, or lack of fulfillment. Together we will work to break out of unhealthy patterns, build new strategies, and move towards the change that you desire. Please email me to book a free 15-minute consultation.
