Through facing challenges and recognizing unhealthy narratives together, while realizing your own unique potential, unearthing your strengths, and testing various therapeutic tools, you can create a fuller life. I believe all people can heal and realize their best self through being offered a safe and authentically caring environment where they can explore all parts of themselves.

My approach is rooted in humanistic therapy, but includes tools from DBT, trauma-informed care, and positive psychology depending on a client's needs. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I primarily work with individuals over 18 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, life transition, and difficulty connecting.

For the last 10 years, I have had the honor of working with people from a variety of backgrounds and orientations. My experience includes but is not limited to adults in the justice system, students, established professionals, LGBTIQA+, and people struggling with personality disorders.
