A Texas native, I hold a BA from Texas A&M University and a MA in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. My pursuit of professional counseling began after my own experience in therapy, and I have grown in my passion for it ever since! It is truly my joy to walk alongside my clients. My primary goal is to create a space to express freely and without fear of judgment, process past hurts and struggles, and celebrate growth. I believe the counseling relationship is an avenue for authenticity, freedom, and healing, and it is a privilege to join my clients on their own personal journey.
I have experience working with adults struggling with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, life transition, trauma, boundaries, anger, and grief. Informed by my faith in Christ as well as my education and training, I work from a model that integrates psychological evidence and Biblical truth.
Although I am a Christian, it is important to me to work with individuals who might not share this belief. Ultimately, I strive to build connection and trust with each client I work with. I absolutely love what I get to do, and consider it a great honor to be a part of each client's journey.
