I love helping my clients learn new skills which will improve their mood, confidence, and self of self. I not only want to help you cope with your emotions, but also get to the root cause of them and work to change what can be changed.
With a strong background in trauma-informed care, I approach every client with this lens. I am trained in ERP, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, yoga, and other evidence-based treatment modalities, though I do not believe that any of these are "one size fits all". I work within these frameworks to provide tailored care for each unique client.
I have spent most of my career in schools and in homes, providing therapy to students and their families in Baltimore City. I loved working through the unique challenges brought forth by each client and learned countless lessons about how trauma impacts the lives of every person I meet. I now use those lessons to provide telehealth therapy to clients.
