I specialize in working with kids, teens and adults as they navigate a variety of challenges. My goal is to build a strong relationship with my clients so they feel supported in learning to understand themselves and the world around them. I have experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficult life events and transitions, and family issues.
I aim to help my clients develop insight into their emotions in order to promote empowerment and build resilience. I hope to help clients increase self-awareness, improve relationships, and develop coping skills. With kids and teens, I take a collaborative approach by engaging with parents to help them feel supported throughout their child's therapy journey.
