Hi, hello. Thank you for reading my profile to see if I might be a good fit for you. I am a powerful therapist who works with women, men, & moms (group). I help women to self-actualize and create a life they love, & I help men discover more emotional depth to create deeper connections. I utilize research-backed therapeutic techniques in session, but what really sets me apart as a therapist are my innate talents and abilities. I am curious, kind, open, direct, trustworthy, and wise. My natural way of working with clients allows for immense personal discovery, growth, and problem solving that at one point, didn't ever feel possible.

Mindful Mamas is a bi-weekly support group for moms intended to create intentional community and create a loving space for you to explore motherhood.

I offer a warm and empathetic approach to therapy. I am so curious to get to know you; through the process of asking questions and highlighting themes, you will gain a better understanding of who you are and how you show up in your life. We will identify patterns that are not working and create new ways of being together.

I hope to provide a secure space for you to explore your emotions, relationships, and experiences in a way that will promote healing and growth. I know that you have the power within you to transform your life and it would be my absolute joy to help you to harness that power to create exactly the life you would like to lead.

Love Roots is designed for young couples; either pre-marital or in the early stages of marriage. Mindful Mamas

Mindful Mamas is a drop-in group for moms anywhere in the perinatal experience - from pregnancy through postpartum. It is a support group that creates intentional community for mamas and mamas-to-be. We meet bi-weekly on Mondays (virtual via Zoom) and Wednesdays (in person at Parfet Park in Golden). This is a beautiful, loving space for you to explore your journey into motherhood.
