If so, I am a licensed professional counselor that is working toward specializing in chronic pain, caregiver support, grief and bereavement, behavioral interventions for attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, and anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder (worry), and health anxiety.
I utilize different theoretical orientations when treating clients. Evidence based care is extremely important to me. I often utilize the following approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I work with adults and provide services via telehealth and in-person.
