Self-care and mindfulness can feel like buzz words, and I hope to find language and skills that fit into your philosophy's and life style. My therapeutic style is underlined by my compassion and candor, and guided by more than 10 years of experience working in a nonprofit agency. Emotionally loud individuals/families and not-so-helpful decision making are welcomed!
