One of my core beliefs as a therapist is that there is power and healing in our human connections, in the words and lived experiences we share with one another. Therapy is a space for you to share your story and your experiences, and for us to work together to identify and address your unique needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to create this space and foster growth through warmth, humor, vulnerability, authenticity, and the relationship we build together. My goal is to create a space that is safe and supportive of your whole self and embraces all of your identities.
I am an integrative psychologist who works from an interpersonal-feminist lens. Essentially, I believe our interpersonal relationships, as well as the institutional systems surrounding us, impact how we see and experience the world. This approach allows for flexibility to collaborate on identifying interventions that best address your lived experiences.
I believe that part of my role as a therapist is to empower my clients to show up as their authentic selves in our work and to honor that authenticity by meeting you exactly where you are. If this resonates or feels like a good fit for you, please reach out to schedule an appointment or phone consultation.
