When working with kids in the playroom, I provide a child-centered approach that allows your child to feel full acceptance, empathy, and understanding from me. This environment gives them the opportunity to process inner experiences and feelings through play.
When working with teens, I strive to create an accepting, non-judgemental environment where they can feel heard and understood. I also utilize skill-building to help teens create a “toolbox” of ways to cope with the many difficulties they face.
