I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant. I specialize in working with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes by providing mental strategies to help them reach optimal performance in their sport. In addition to enhancing athlete performance, I address mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans to fit each client’s needs. Along with owning my private practice, Martino Mindset LLC, I am an active member of the Newtown Sport Psychology Team where I service competitive athletes in the Pennsylvania area.
I previously worked at Inspire Wellness, a private therapeutic practice in Bergen County, New Jersey. At Inspire Wellness I assisted in the NBA draft process, provided mental performance services to the Long Island Nets G League team, and implemented workshops for various high schools, colleges, and clubs in New Jersey.
I was a three sport athlete at Summit High School, where I played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. I was a member of the 2013 NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse National Championship Team at the University of North Carolina and finished my collegiate athletic career at The College of the Holy Cross.
