Hi there. I’m Kate Martin, a licensed professional counselor, an artist, and a mom. In my more than fifteen years of experience in this field, I have been blown away by the beautiful variety of ways that human beings can heal. A vital part of my practice is seeing my clients as the infinitely complex and unique individuals that they are. My goal is to help you meet your true self, and to develop a deep sense of self-worth that will carry you through the rest of your life.
I am trained in EMDR, experiential therapy, art therapy, DBT, and TF-CBT. I have a special interest in working with eating disorders, addictions, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and women's issues. I am equally comfortable working with adolescents as with adults, and have a strong personal commitment to being culturally competent with all populations.
