I approach the work with cultural humility and an anti-oppressive framework that supports individuals and couples in all stages of life facing relationship distress, grief and loss, depression or moodiness, trauma, addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, anger issues, self-defeating behaviors, phobias, obsessive thoughts, and challenges with sexuality, career, spirituality, or other life stressors.
While the core of my theoretical orientation is centered around attachment-focused, trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy, I use an integrative approach tailored to YOUR needs, and value your input in discovering how best to work together in the room.
