Kate earned her M.A. from Antioch University. She was clinically trained at the prestigious Maple Counseling Center and continued her professional experience in private practice and at a comprehensive residential treatment facility near Malibu. Kate is a certified meditation instructor and has completed Level 2 Gottman Training for work with couples.

Transpersonal Women's Group
The group will begin with 10-15 minutes of chanting, meditation or breath work. The remaining hour will be to process whatever feelings, sensations and emotions are emerging in the moment as we share the space together. This will be a 5 week commitment.
