I am a licensed clinical psychologist at Cambridge Psychology Group and provide evidence-based treatment for adults, adolescents, and children. My approach to therapy is primarily rooted in cognitive behavioral theory with an emphasis on the principles of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I approach therapy with flexibility and creativity to meet the unique needs, preferences, and values of my patients. My areas of expertise include difficulties with emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and behavior, self-harm, personality disorders, grief, relational challenges, life transitions, and traumatic stress.
Through my career, I have gained substantial experience delivering cognitive behavioral interventions in outpatient, primary care, residential, inpatient, and emergency medical settings. Additionally, I have applied DBT in several healthcare settings including McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School to treat emotion dysregulation and self-injurious behaviors.
Overall, my clinical background has allowed me to deliver a broad range of evidence-based treatments with fidelity and solidified my commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for my patients. If you are interested in working together, I would be happy to hear from you! Please reach out to our intake coordinators at CPG to get started.
