As a therapist, I strive to create an environment that is conducive to exploration without fear of judgment for both individuals and couples. We’re often isolated in our hurt, and more so when shame is present. The experience of struggle is something we all face, but the choice to face it and exist with our vulnerability is where our innate strength and capacity to thrive emerges.
Among my core personal and professional beliefs, I acknowledge and celebrate human diversity. I have experience with queer, trans, and non-binary populations, as well as allies. I provide ethical-non-monogamy-, poly-, and kink-competent care. My practice is body-affirming. I am currently working towards my sex therapy certification.
Therapy is a way of healing in which I have significant trust – I have lived it myself and have witnessed it in others. Being truly seen, heard, and respected, especially in our messiness and darkness, can unlock new space for connection, joy, and fulfillment.
