My work blends Psychodynamic, Attachment DBT, CBT and a variety of experiential modalities - Family Systems, EFT, EMDR and Parts Work, Energetic and Spiritual Healing, Eco-therapy and Equine Assisted Therapy. I welcome all people and have extra experience with adolescents, veterans and victims of trauma, childhood neglect and abuse.
