I am a psychologist who is passionate about my work with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. I am happy to work with all eating disorder diagnoses, and I especially love to help clients who struggle with binge eating and compulsive overeating issues. I do therapy primarily on an individual basis, and work best with adolescents and adults.
I have been trained at the Children's National Medical Center in D.C and The Emily Program in Minnesota. My training in eating disorder treatment includes outpatient, intensive outpatient, intensive day, and residential settings. I have experience working with adolescents and adults of all eating disorder diagnoses.
I approach therapy from an integrative perspective, with primary therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, interpersonal therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
