I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, trauma, and attachment difficulties. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced domestic and sexual violence and those in the LGBTQIA+ community who may be facing unique struggles. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of healing. As such, I strive to create a safe, affirming, and client-centered space for all individuals. There is no therapeutic goal too big or small. If your goal is important to you, it is important to me.
I believe in a humanistic approach to therapy and keep each client's individuality at the center of my practice. I draw from a number of therapeutic approaches including attachment focused therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and somatic approaches to promote holistic well-being and foster positive change.
I believe that every individual has the inherent strengths to heal from the past and find peace, joy, and purpose in the present. Beginning therapy is a significant step and I am honored to walk alongside individuals wherever they are at in their healing journey.
